RESERVATION

Any reservations are not returnable.
The period of reservation and conditions will need to be to discussed with Handwoven Terengganu staffs.
Any reservation payment must be cleared/made within 3 days after invoice sent. The remaining payment shall be paid after the product completed. The notification will be announced via text messages and email.


PAYMENT

Malaysia Customers
Bank Wire / Bank Transfer to Maybank account (account number details will be given with invoice)

 International Customers:
Payment must be made via PayPal (PayPal details will be given with invoice or email direct to customers)

EU Customers:
Payment Options:
  • Via PayPal (PayPal details will be given with invoice or email direct to customers)
  • Via Bank Transfer/ Bank Wire (IBAN and BIC will be given with invoice or email to customers)
! Please email us if you wanted different options of payment then per above described !
Attention:
Payment must be made/clear in 3 days after an invoice has been sent to customers. All customers please send an email to inform us that the payment have been made as per described above.


REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Handwoven Terengganu will exchange or refund shirts ordered from us that have not been washed or worn.( every items we are carefully inspected and taking every pictures to avoid fraud regarding to abuse of this policy)

If the order was filled as requested on your email we can not refund the cost of shipping. This includes both the original cost or any cost incurred thereafter pertaining to the exchange or refund.
If Handwoven Terengganu is responsible for the error we will exchange or refund shirts that have not been washed or worn. We will also reimburse the shipping cost incurred for exchanging or refunding the item.

All items must be returned (postmarked) within :

8 days of receipt- from Malaysia to Malaysia
25 days of receipt - From EU to Malaysia
25 days of receipt - From Malaysia to International/EU

Please include of proof of postage arrival marked. Any package returned to us due to an incorrect address will be cancelled and the cost of the merchandise refunded within 2 weeks unless other arrangements are made.
